Double room for single use, no couples, in a very sunny 2 beds-flat with a huge garden and shared kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen and the living room are open plan to share just with me Access to the living room when cooking and eating.

Lookong for someone from Monday to Friday (4 nights max. per week). Price will varie if you need less nights. The person must be very clean and tidy please.

£280 / week
£730 / month only Monday to Friday


Not permitted people overnighting, pets, parties.

The room has a very comfortable and new double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair for work / study.

Great connection, 20 min by jubilee line to Green park st., Victoria St., Notting hill, and day and night buses 24 hours. Bus and tube station are 3 min walk from the house.
