The rental space is the whole ground floor of Victorian house. It does not have it’s own front door, but the quiet very unobtrusive landlady is completely tucked away upstairs very busy with her work, and tenants very rarely bump into her in the hallway! So there would be privacy for you. Come and view the layout and it will all make sense :-)

Previous occupants include a married couple who loved living here so much they renewed contract twice & stayed for 2 years! Other couples did similar.

It really needs to be viewed to see the amazing space and quality you can have for your budget.

**WHO WOULD THIS FLAT SUIT?**
The flat would be suitable for quiet professional who would be working full-time normal 'office'-ish hours outside the house.

Sorry, not suitable for working at home during weekday daytimes, nor for shift-work/night-work.

And, sorry it's not a 'party house'- We're quiet and studious professionals.

PATIO:
The low-maintenance rear private patio comes with the flat, accessed from your kitchen. (Plants shown in photo belonged to previous tenant)

"Beautiful house, well maintained . Very high standard for the rental price, showing that you can get much more for your money living slightly outside Central London, with great transport links & only a short train journey to the Centre. Ann is a fantastic landlady too". Amy O.

“I think you are the best Landlady anybody can ask for!” Margarita Redondo

“..you have been the ideal landlady.. If any of my friends or family ever need accommodation I will have no hesitation in recommending your property”. Patrick R.

"It's been very nice living at your house". Rhiannon Lloyd (renewed contract twice).

FEES. The landlord does not charge fees as such. But the referencing company will charge approximately £75 (maximum) per person for referencing a tenant. Also there would be a payment of approx £80 to an inventory clerk for the check-out inventory/condition schedule, at the end of the tenancy (the Landlord pays the incoming fee). These are a fraction of what a high-street Rental Agent would charge. Nothing else to pay.
