The room available is in a modern flat, ten minutes' walk from Forest Hill station and Dulwich Park, with the Horniman Museum and Gardens just around the corner. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The adjoining bathroom has bath, shower and heated towel rail.

There's a bus stop (176, 185, 197, P4, 363) about 20 metres from the building. The main entrance has security intercom access with a code to enter.

The flat is in great condition and comprises another en-suite bedroom, a hallway, ample storage, a balcony overlooking allotments and a spacious lounge and kitchen area with sofa, dining table and chairs. Sydenham Hill Wood (a beautiful secluded wood) is also extremely close by.

The flat is managed by Daisy Lets agency. New agreement fee and credit reference checks for new tenant cost £96 one of payment. Bills and council tax not included.
Council tax is £62. 50 a month. Phone line+internet+TV licence is about £20 a month. Electricity is about £30 a month ( to about £45 in winter). No gas bills.
Deposit will be a month's rent (£625).
