Amazing spacious double room in Dulwich

Hi my names Luke and I'm looking for someone to move into my large and spacious new flat in Dulwich.

The flat is pretty much brand new and furnished throughout (despite the pictures) and the bedroom includes a wardrobes if you want them. It's also a good sized double and has patio doors that open out onto a Juliet balcony. My furniture is also pretty new with a lot of great vintage finds.

There are two bathrooms so one would be pretty much your own with a shower and bath and there is also a large new kitchen and big living room with a dining table, sofa, TV etc.

There is also a double garage and a separate bike room on the ground floor and free parking in the street should you need it. Not forgetting a garden out back.

We are about a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill or East a Dulwich and a short walk from Lordship Lane which has some amazing restaurants on and a great Saturday market.

The £700 includes some bills apart from Gas, Electric and Water which are pretty cheap and I have sky with all channels (including sports) and internet.

I'm ideally looking for someone between 21 and 30 who is quite relaxed but likes a beer and a trip to the pub. A pS4 is ideal but not compulsory and someone who plays football is always a bonus!
