A double bedroom is available in our lovely bright little flat in Dulwich at the start of April. It's a bright space with a shared living room and kitchen and an amazing, huge roof terrace which is brilliant in summer for sunbathing with a good book or for BBQs with mates.

Would be sharing with a relaxed, sociable professional girl who likes a glass of wine or two, but is usually out and about exploring new things in London and the local area.

The flat is furnished and we've spent a lot of time making it feel like home! The lounge is also a great space for anyone that likes to do yoga at home, especially because you get such an amazing view of the sky from the floor!

Nice, bright lounge and adjoining kitchen. Fully furnished. Washing machine, cooker, microwave, wifi, Sky TV. Bills work out at about £55 a month.

Next door to Dulwich park for runners out there and brilliant events in summer. Walking distance to bars and restaurants on Lordship Lane, Peckham Rye a short bus ride to all the cool bars under the railway and Franks rooftop bar.

Transport Links: Forest Hill (10min walk) to London Bridge and East London line to Angel/Islington via Shoreditch. Buses on doorstep to Waterloo, Victoria, Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road etc. Brixton.

We're also happy for there to be a shorter term and Monday-Friday lets.
