There is no en-suite bathroom and this is reflected in the price. However, in reality you will have almost sole use of the family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower as I have my own en-suite. My son is a university student and lives home only on uni holidays. All bills, high-speed internet and weekly professional cleaning is included. You will also have access to the laundry-room, cosy TV /living room, large extended kitchen-diner with glazed doors opening onto a beautiful landscaped garden and to a small but perfectly formed work-out space with a bar, weights, etc

I am looking for a female lodger who is easy going, tidy, and friendly, who respects personal space and privacy, but who is sociable and would enjoy a nice chat over a glass or a cuppa, or a shopping trip, movie, etc. I have had a demanding corporate job for many years and am happy to share my experience or chat about yours if you are climbing the corporate ladder.
