Bright Double room and office/spare room

Hello all!

Two rooms for the price of one in a spacious house between West Dulwich and Herne Hill!

I will be moving out and there will be a room shuffle in the house so the lovely Fran's room will be available to rent.

There's a double bed, a wardrobe and still space for bits and bobs. Additionally the rent includes a SECOND ROOM. Fran currently uses this space to store more clothes etc, however there's a desk under the window so could be used as an office etc.

Bills are not included and come to about £50-80 a month.

There's a huge garden and patio that is currently a little wild, but the boys are working on it.

The kitchen is in need of some TLC, however it's being managed by a new agency and they're keen to get this sorted.

There's a big lounge space where everyone often shares some beers, and doubles as a cosy napping spot. This opens out directly into the garden.

There's a large lockable garage if you need to store a bike etc. You are able to park a car in the drive, and there is also plentiful free parking directly out front.

You will be living with Nick, Joe and Fran who all work locally and are wonderfully relaxed and sociable.

The minimum term as I understand it is 6 months, and I paid roughly £1k as my deposit and first months rent.

The surrounding area is beautiful, you are between both Brockwell, Belair and Dulwich parks, with great transport links from West Dulwich, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill and Brixton.
