We have 2 Large Double Bedrooms (one Huge Master) available in a house very close to West Dulwich station from the 24th of November. The current occupants are all professionals in their mid twenties and very sociable - working in media and hairdressing. Everyone in the house is very close so we're keen to find friendly / chilled people to take over and fit right in.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to West Dulwich station which gets you to Victoria in 14 minutes. The number 3 also stops from just outside, getting you into Brixton in around 10 minutes. We have a private garden, which also gives access to a massive communal gardens - shared with the neighbours. There is a big, open plan living space with a balcony looking down into the dining area. There is also loads of natural light coming through the space thanks to huge french doors and sky lights across the roof.

The kitchen has Smeg appliances head to toe as well as a dish washer and an ice machine! There is a choice of lush restaurants and cafes just around the corner as well as a Tesco and a great local.

This would be perfect for 2 friends looking to move into a houseshare together but we are also happy to rent the rooms out to 2 separate individuals.
