Available immediately until the 13th August minimum, with the option to extend further. Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe unit and cupboards. On the top floor in a 6 bed share-house. Bathroom has electric shower with multiple heating levels.
Prices:
£1,100pcm. First and last month’s rent to be paid at start of contract instead as well as initial security deposit of £253 to reserve room. One-off council tax fee of £150 to be paid. Utility bills all included in price. Cleaner of common areas (kitchen and dining) fortnightly included in price.
Tenants:
All working professional tenants who are friendly, likeminded people. Not a party house, but social. Aged in their 20s and 30s.
