We have 3 lovely spacious double bedrooms available in a gorgeous and quiet 5 bedroom house with nice flatmates!

Room: The room has a double bed, desk, chair, two big wardrobe, drawers and a mirror

House:
The house itself is very large, modern, and split between two floors. The flat is conveniently located on a quiet street in West London on St. Stephens Road, W13. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster etc. Also the kitchen has a big table with chairs and a Plasma TV. The house has TWO bathrooms with all the standard stuffs, bath tub and power shower and hot water never runs out! Large Living Room with a big Plasma TV, and Basic household items such are blankets and bed linen. The house has a big balcony as well.
There is also Virginmedia+HD and high speed internet.

We have a cleaner who is coming every week to clean the bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the floors!

Parking: Parking on the street available!

Area and Transport:
The area is quiet and very good located. Short walk (around 10 minutes) to Ealing Broadway Tube station or by bus only 4 minutes where you have variety of pubs, clubs, shops, malls, restaurants and banks. At the Ealing Broadway Tube station you have the central line, district line, first great western, Heathrow Express and Heathrow connect . Only 20 mins to Oxford Street with the central line and 10 min to Heathrow Airport with Heathrow connect.

All bills are included in the Rent: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water bill and Cleaner !!!
The rent does not include Internet, Virgin Media and Telephone, which will be 28 £ monthly.

Flatmates: We all professionals (Energy Trader, Chemical Engineer). We are easy going people and socialise when we are in the flat or do some events, but we tend to be quite busy and are outside most of the time. If you are interested in current affairs, comedy and sport that would be great.
