Lovely double room in an international houseshare

Hi!

We are looking for an easy-going, fun but responsible professional to fill-in a nice double room at our wonderful place.
Unfortunately our current housemate from Latvia is planning to return home for work at the end of the month whence we are looking for someone to fill his shoes.

House:
The property is a 5 room, fully furnished semi-detached house. The bedroom is the only one in the loft and it comes with a double bed, table with chair, clothes rack, cupboard and large mirror.

The sitting/lounge room is lovely, big and homely, it contains two comfy sofas, tv, board games, small bar area and an extendable storage area.
The kitchen is a fully equipped and includes everything you need (oven and cooker, washing machine, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave and electrical appliances). Plus it opens into a nice garden outside, ideal for the BBQ if weather permits.

Two toilet rooms, one with bath and another separate on ground floor with shower.
Fast Sky broadband Wi-Fi available all over the house.

Location:
Simply great! Walkable distance to Northfields tube station (Piccadilly line with Leicester square less than 30min) and 3min walk to Uxbridge road with big Sainsbury's, pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, 24h supermarket couple of minutes' walk away.
Tons of buses stopping nearby - bonus: 2 different night buses for those crazy fun night outs :)
Ealing Broadway is 8min ride away and has connections to National Rail, Central and District lines. However, although it's close to local facilities; it's still a quiet road tucked in a lush and lovely area.

Mates:
All working professionals from across Europe (England, Hungary, Italy, Portugal and France) with our own schedules but everyone is friendly and social enjoying occasional movies or trash TV together etc.
Sometimes we might cook together as well, this is optional; whereas cleaning is not.
We ensure that the house remains clean and tidy so looking for someone responsible who understands basic sharing etiquette and wants a home not just a house.

Rent:
Boring part, the rent amount: £380 per month. Then the bills are split with everyone.
Monthly ones are about 40 pounds per person and this includes internet, water and council tax.
Gas and electricity bills come quarterly and are on top, to be divided equally among the housemates as well.

References and one month deposit to secure room plus one month rent in advance required.
Please note that minimum rental period would be 8 calendar months as we are looking for someone to stay long-term.
No agencies or time wasters please, thanks.
