Sadly our housemate is leaving to move into a place with her boyfriend so we have a double room available to rent from 10 July 2017.
Rent is £580 pcm and no deposit is required. Bills are extra and include TV/Internet, electricity and water. The landlord pays council tax which saves a chunk of money on the bills!
We are two female professionals in our early thirties who enjoy reading, running, television/films, music, and a nice glass of wine. We live in a top floor flat in a large detached late Victorian house on a pretty road in Ealing.
This room is a lovely furnished double at the back of the house (facing on to a very nice garden), with the original fireplace. We have a driveway for two cars, large living/dining room with plenty of space, and a kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.
As a house we are very easy-going. We are busy but enjoy evenings with chats over TV and occasional house outings. The room would suit someone who has their own commitments but likes a friendly house and housemates to come back to.
You will be within walking distance of South Ealing (Piccadilly line) and Ealing Broadway (Central, District and National Rail). The area is fab with cafes and two fantastic large parks (Walpole and Lammas) a mere minute away, complete with tennis courts, five aside football pitches and an outdoor gym area.
We have each lived in Ealing for over four years and absolutely love it!
