Quiet Central Ealing Flat Share
I have now relocated to Stratford and am looking for a suitable share. The advert below was from the property I rented for 5 years in West London:

It's a 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway Station (Central and District Underground Lines & overground to Paddington and Heathrow)and West Ealing Station. Both stations will get you to Paddington in 12 minutes and Heathrow in 20 minutes.
Ealing Common and Northfields Underground (Piccadilly Line) are both a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus journey.
It is 2 minutes walk to Bus Stops on the Uxbridge Road (207, 83, 427, E1, E2, E7, E8, E11)and only 5 minutes walk to all shops, bars and restaurants in Ealing Broadway Centre.

The flat is in a great location, is bright and airy and we have friendly, quiet neighbours (always important!).
The building is managed so communal entrances and stairs are regularly cleaned and there is also a private garden area for tenants to use which our kitchen and lounge looks out on to.
Parking is available on the residential road but a permit is required from the council (it is free however after 5. 30pm and at weekends if you have visitors who drive).
You would be sharing with me! I have a tenancy with the landlord who is happy for me to sub-let the room. I am a 36yr old professional and my work and social life keep me pretty busy. Home for me is about having a quiet place to relax and unwind at the end of the day so I am looking for someone like-minded. I leave for work by 7. 30am Monday to Friday and don't get home till 8. 00pm (if I'm meeting friends, this can be later). At weekends, I'm either away visiting family and friends or catching up on sleep! My current flatmate and I chat in passing but we lead very separate lives. (He is moving to be closer to work).
The flat is kept clean and tidy and I'm currently looking for a cleaner to come and do the shared areas once a week - all included in the rent.
The rent covers ALL YOUR BILLS including council tax, water, gas, electric, tv license, wireless broadband, basic sky tv package & phone line rental. It also covers basic household items like loo roll and washing up liquid!
References for the landlord and a standard months rent in advance + a 2 week deposit of £475. 00 will be required.
