Looking to share 2 bed flat I've found in Ealing!

Hi, I'm a 29 year old Engineer, moving to Ealing from Southampton to be closer to friends, family etc. in mid/Early May. I've found and had an offer accepted on a great 2-bed flat to be my new home, so I'm now looking for a like-minded professional flatmate to share it with!

**About me:**
- I'm a clean & tidy, considerate person, so it would be important to me to share with someone with the same mindset (especially as I WFH full time).
- I'm gregarious and sociable, like going out/to the pub and up for a laugh & good company. Since I'm moving to London in large part for social life, I'm hoping to find a flatmate to be friendly with (not just to be 2 strangers living in the same flat!).
- In terms of interests, I like a number of sports incl. swimming, cycling, skiing, football, gym, squash, tennis... (though my fitness levels have never quite recovered to pre pandemic levels!). Planning to join the local tennis club when I move to enjoy the summer to come. 😎🎾

**About the flat:**
- The flat is on the 2nd floor of a big converted house, on a lovely & quiet road just 10 mins walk from Ealing Broadway on the Elizabeth line, and 5 minutes from North Ealing on the Piccadilly line.
- It's got 2 good size double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a large, light and airy, open plan living space with a generous kitchen including a large breakfast bar. I can share pictures etc. once we are connected.
- Start date is 11th of May, and half of the rent would be £1500 pcm (excl. bills).
- It's a cracking flat, with friendly and sociable neighbours, so I'm very excited to be moving there!
