Three professional housemates looking for a fourth housemate in Ealing Broadway, West London.
We live in a fantastic three bedroom property in a location that is the same distance to Ealing Broadway Station (Serviced by the Central, District and Overground lines to Heathrow and Reading)~ and to North Ealing Station (serviced by the Piccadilly line), both approximately less than 5 minutes walk. We are looking for a fourth housemate to join us from for a period of 6 months or potentially longer. Move in date is negotiable.
You will be living with a 27 year old male consultant and a couple from Spain. As we are friends the house will be very sociable and we make time during the evenings in the week to do activities such as go to Salsa or go to musical concerts or take turns to cook.
The house itself consists of a large living room with a dining area, a good sized kitchen, small storage area under the stair, a small W. C. downstairs as well as another larger bathroom with shower/bath facilities upstairs. The room itself is located on the first floor and comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, Chest of drawers and a bedside table.
During the weekends, we like to go out for a few drinks and explore different parts of London. The ideal housemate we are looking for can be male or female, working in a professional environment, in the age range 24-34 The person must be easy going and tidy.
The budget we are looking is £725pcm including all bills.
There is requirement for a deposit of £850 and 1 month rent up front as is standard contract procedure.
