2 double bedrooms available in 4 bedroom flat

Hi!

We are two professional girls (1 Portuguese and 1 Italian) looking for two nice and friendly housemates to replace our current flatmates who have to move out for professional reasons.

The flat is on the top floor (splitted in 2 floors) of a a Victorian building just in front of Haven Green, the little green area close to Ealing Broadway station. The flat has a shared modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and a spacious living room. There is a communal garden, where we have bbqs from time to time (also with our neighbours!). You could make use of it anytime you want. The flat also comes with a car parking space, that we use sometimes for parking a scooter.

The first bedroom (£635 pcm), on the top floor of the flat, is very big and lovely, fully furnished with a double bed, huge built-in wardrobe and cupboard space, desk and chair.

The second bedroom (£595 pcm) is slightly smaller, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, table and chair.

The house has two bathrooms, one en-suite and another one which would be shared between 3 tenants.

We are looking for a male/female professional (no students, please) that would like to share the house with us. We do not have a cleaner, so we would appreciate to have someone that shares the burden of taking care of cleaning the house! :) We are not party people, but we do have dinner with friends from time to time.

You would pay your share of the rent directly to the landlady, who is very friendly and very respectful, and you would have to sign a six month contract with us (there is a deposit of £865. 5/each).
The bills are splitted between all the tenants and are around £80-100/pcm each.

No any room can be rented to couples, as in the house can be registered only 4 people in total.

The moving-in date would be on the 28th December, but the date is more or less flexible.
