Sweet double room in a central ealing flat

A smart double bedroom with good storage space in the room and in the hallway available for use.

The flat is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom set up with a open plan living room/ kitchen. You may say it's 'cosy' but certainly not cramped and I've tried to keep it light and fresh.

Being centrally located, there are plenty of restaurants, open spaces and transport links close by making it a very convenient place to live.

I am a live in landlady, professional and work in ealing. I hope you'll find I'm friendly, sociable, and have varied interest such as going to cultural events around London, travelling, cooking, gym. I might go out a couple of times during the week and weekends and spend a couple of nights a week vegging in front of the tv.

In terms of a housemate, ideally I am looking for a female professional, non-smoker. Someone who will respect the flat as a shared home and really just someone who is friendly, tidy and clean.

The £700 includes such bills as Council Tax and broadband. However, other bills such as gas and electricity vary each month and those are not included in the price. Roughly it would be around £45/month for those.
