I have a large studio for rent in a student accommodation just next to Ealing Broadway station, which has central, district line and trains to central london.

The building is located just 2minutes walk to the shopping centre, which has many shop (primark, river island, tesco, poundland, h&m, new look). I am currently in the studio but hoping to move out by january, and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The price includes all bills and tax, high speed internet, and free content insurance, so no need to worry about costly bills at the end of each month. The studio is part furnished, so has a small double bed, own private kitchenette, private bathroom, desk and chair, dining table with more chairs, and loads of storage.

The prices for this studio has actually increased but as you are taking over the tenancy i have, you will pay the same price (£265pw) and payments should usually be made in advance for 4 months ahead.
I have already paid till about mid January, so if you move in around the 6th, you will basically get a week for free.
The tenancy is from january till september, and you can stay in the same studio for the next year if you want.

You have a common living room in the building to socialise, play ps4 or wii, watch TV etc...

The deposit is only £150 !
No need to pay any agency charges !!!
