Modern house share in Ealing Broadway

Our lovely housemate has just secured a job in Canada so we are looking for a housemate asap!

This is a newly built three storey town house in 2011 in the heart of Ealing W5.
This is a non smoking, non party, non pets house share with 4 other professionals.

It's a 1 min walk to 24 hour bus route N207 and 83. Also a mere 8 min walk to Ealing Broadway Station which has the central line, district line and also the overground to Paddington which takes 8mins.

The current housemates consist of 2 secondary school teachers, 1 primary school teacher and a university support and development manager. We are friendly, sociable and extremely clean being very respectful and considerate to each other.

The actually room comes with massive built in wardrobes but you would have to supply a bed. You would share a bathroom with one other housemate.

We are looking for the following:
1. A Male.
2. Aged 25-34.
3. Have a 9-5 style job. No anti social shifts or night shifts.
4. If you have a partner they should not stay around more than one evening a week.
5. You should be in your current job in London.
6. Ideally you should be in a profession that means you are DBS checked or have some level of security checks.
7. Be clean and tidy with minimal stuff.
8. Speak English fluently.
9. Have a sense of humour!
