we have a nice room available now in Ealing Broadway, just 1 minute walking from the tube station (central, district lines & rail stations).

The room comes furnished with bed, small built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Due to the small size of the room, we are looking for a single individual (no couples).

The flat comprises of a living room (WHICH WOULD BE BASICALLY YOURS AS WE DONT USE IT AND IT IS IN FRONT OF THE ROOM) , 3 rooms downstairs (Barbara's and Linda's rooms) and your room +small living room (upstairs).

If u have a car, we have a private parking that can be used for free.

we would like to find someone who won't be using the room just to crash at night.

We also have a cleaner coming once a week.

Barbara: lecturer and trainee psychotherapist. I travel a lot and also work as personal trainer(part time).
The YOU we look for:
We are looking for a full time professional to join us. Being clean and tidy is a must!

BILLS:
80 PCM
on the 1st day of the month into our common bank account (we have opened one for the flat to make everything easy).

-electricity
-water
-cleaner
-council tax.
