I have one bedroom available in a 3 bed flat share on Mattock Lane opposite Walpole Park.
The flat is very centrally located so near great transport links. It is about a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway for central, district lines and trains to Paddington / Heathrow. Then 20 min walk (or short bus ride) to South Ealing for the Piccadilly line. There are also many local buses that run through Ealing heading to Golders Green / Brent Cross/ White city / Richmond / Brentford. Or if you have a car, there is free off street parking.
The flat is located within a lovely Victorian building on a pleasant leafy street close to lots of shops and restaurants, but further enough not to be disturbed by the noise.
The bedroom is a small double, but still a very adequate size. It has a double bed, desk, shelves and ample wardrobe space. The room is 715 per month + bills and is available to move in on 28th June.
There is a medium size living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet, bath and shower which you would only share with one other female as the third bedroom has an ensuite. The flat also benefits from lots of loft space which is accessible for use.
There will be an agency fee to pay of £150 and a deposit of £890.
