We are three easy-going flatmates - one engineer, one project manager and one speech & language therapist (1 male, 2 females) - and are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely penthouse flat. We all like to socialise and enjoy exercising, music and cooking for friends etc.

The room is a huge spacious double on the top floor of the penthouse. The room is furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe with great storage, draws and a full-length mirror. You will have access to a luxurious bathroom, which will only be shared with one other as the couple upstairs share an en-suite.

The penthouse flat is on the 10th floor and has a large fully-furnished open plan kitchen, dining room and amazing living room. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. The large balcony has great views and is furnished with a table and chairs - perfect for eating outside.

The rent includes all bills (utilities, WiFi, council tax etc), and a fortnightly cleaner, who cleans all the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. The rent also includes free use of all the amazing living room facilities - large TV, fast WiFi, use of Xbox, Netflix, etc.
Our flat is in a great location - right on Ealing Broadway and a 5 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. Shops, restaurants and a large Morrisons are a short walk away. Our building comes with a 24-hour concierge who can collect your post and packages, and has a beautiful gym in the basement, with sauna, jacuzzi, steamroom and a 20m pool. Tenants get a very good discount (up to 50%).
