Hi,

I have a nice double bedroom available to rent in a quiet apartment in Ealing Broadway on Queens Walk close to beautiful Pitshanger village.

The room is vacant and I am looking for somebody who can move in as soon as possible.

The property is around 12-15min walking distance to Ealing Broadway (central and district lines, overground and Heathrow express) and close to local amenities- shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful Pitshanger park is only a short walking distance from the flat.

The room is fully furnished with a moderate size wardrobe, double bed, bedside chest, chest of drawers, table and chair.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat (1 of the tenants has en-suite), the other bathroom is shared between 3 people.

Monthly rent is £750 per month with some bills included.

Following bills are included in the rent: Council tax, water, broadband and tv license.
Following bills are excluded from rent: Gas and Electricity.

At the end of each month all tenants will be presented with a elec and gas bill based on actual meter readings and then equally split between the number of tenants (4). Each then will refund me back their share of the used amount.

Deposit is 1 month and will be secured in a deposit scheme.

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other male professionals.

Please note that there is no living room in the flat but there is a free parking outside the property, which is convenient if you have a car.

We have a by-weekly cleaning lady who cleans the kitchen, bathroom and corridors, this is a complimentary service we provide for the flat.

The kitchen is moderate size and has all the cooking appliances (2 fridges ) as well as washing machine and a separate dryer.

We are looking for non smoking professional preferably who has all the necessary references and also is not a party animal, this is a professional flat share.
