SW room available in lovely house

*Looking for 2 guys, to keep the balance.

Two of our housemates are sadly leaving our lovely house to relocate so we have two double rooms available in SW London.
One available: June 27th
One available: July 27th


About you:
We're looking for 2 social guys (ideally 25-28yrs) to join our home, who are keen to get involved and become friends rather than just strangers living under the same roof - if you’re the type to hide in your room then we’re probably not for you!


About us:
Maya, a Graphic Designer (26)
Jaz, a PE teacher (25)
We are a friendly, sociable pair, and we’re looking for similar people to join the house. We enjoy hanging out together, watching the odd shit TV show, both play sport (tennis / netball / running / gym), and a pub night and BBQ.


House:
A spacious openplan kitchen/living area.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a patio & garden.

Location:
Situated on a quiet street, less than a 10min walk to Earlsfield Station and close to Wandsworth Common. If you have a car and need parking, you can apply for a permit.


Rooms:
Master bedroom: £825 +bills (approx £100 p/m). The room is nice and light, with lots of storage.

Double room downstairs: £725 +bills (approx £100 p/m). Has plenty of space for furniture and a desk for wfh. Comes with wardrobe, if you'd like it.

The rooms will be unfurnished, apart from wardrobes.
