📍 Location: Earlsfield - we’re a 3 min walk from Earlsfield Station (3 min to Clapham Junction, 12 min to Waterloo) and have underground links nearby too, Wimbledon Park (District Line) and Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) + fab bus routes!

🏠 The room and flat: the room is a huge spacious double on the top floor, it has 2 velux windows and a Juliette balcony(best sunset views), all furniture pictured is included, there is also a ton of storage space in the eaves. There are 2 modern bathrooms (upstairs shared with Meg), a huge separate kitchen with built-in Smeg appliances and a living room (the aesthetic is a work in progress!😅). There is also a garden and we have a brand new huge BBQ, counting down the days til summer!

👯‍♀️ Housemates: living with me, Meg 31, working in finance, a northerner who moved to London in March and Soph 32, working in Sales in the beauty industry, has lived in London for 10 years. Both really friendly and sociable, we love doing things together but totally respect one another’s space to do our own thing too. We both love all the standard things: walks, brunch, pubs, gigs etc. We’d love someone who would want to be our friend as well as a housemate!!

💰 Bills: We put £100pp into a joint account each month to cover all bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and wifi. We also pay the rent from the joint account, so it’s easy to manage the house finances.
