All bills are included in the price shown and the room will also be cleaned by a cleaner twice a month (if desired).
The current housemates are La and Ollie a couple in their early / mid 30s and Merlin & Deedee two well behaved cats.
We moved in a few months ago and are keen to find somebody to join us and help share bills and rent for a few months for the remainder of the year.
We are both polite, tidy and courteous professionals working in central London. Whilst we don’t expect to be best friends with whoever joins us it would be nice to socialise over a bottle of something from time to time and anybody joining us would be welcome to use the communal areas and garden.
The area itself is great - we are close to great transport links and there are a number of good local restaurants and bars and also a number of green spaces.
