I am leaving my lovely room in Earlsfield after almost 4 years to move in with my partner and am looking for a female professional aged 26-33 to take my place!

You’ll be living with two other working professionals, both who work from home but have a few days in the office each week.

We are looking for a likeminded person who is clean, friendly and considerate. We are very chilled, we spend most evenings catching up over dinner and then on weekends we are all usually busy as we have our own social lives in London.

Room is furnished with double bed, drawers, bedside table and built in wardrobe. Very bright and spacious. There is plenty of room for a desk. The room is on the 1st floor of the flat with the other 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Flat:

Flat has 3 bedrooms split over 2 floors. Sitting room/dining room and kitchen with one bedroom on the first floor. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher.

Location:

Beautiful area, with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and charity shops nearby.
- 3 min walk to Earlsfield train station. Train gets you into Waterloo in 13-15 mins, and trains come every 3-7 mins.
- 10 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway
- 10 min bus to Wandsworth Town
- Less than 5 mins on the train to Clapham junction
- The 77, 270 and 44 stop directly in front of the flat
- Wandsworth Park 15/20 min walk
- Lidl and big Sainsbury’s short walk away
