The living area has 55inch TV with Netflix, Discovery/TNT and Sky Sports etc - flat is fully furnished and has all kitchen equipment etc
The flat also has smoke alarms, doorbell with camera, it's a safe area and residential road anyway. There is designated areas in the kitchen for you including fridge and freezer space. Wifi is the fastest option available too.

The location is ideal as it’s a 2 minute walk from Garratt Lane with the supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants but on a quiet residential street - Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham, Wimbledon and Tooting all easily reachable via walking or public transport.. Waterloo Station is 12-15 minutes via train.

The room is available from Tuesday 18th June (but can be flexible with before/after that date for the right person).

Ideally looking for someone minimum 3 months or longer. Bills are low - (including council tax, gas, electric, water and wifi it’s about £125).
