Huge double room in a lovely house!

I'm going to be moving out of the big smoke and will sadly be leaving a huge loft conversion and my lovely flatmates, so am looking for a worthy replacement! Earlafield is a lovely spot with the station 10 min walk away which has trains to Waterloo every 3 or 4 mins. Tooting Broadway station is a bus ride so the northern line is easily accessible.

The house mates are a good group:
- Magda works in insurance;
- Francini works in the civil service;
- Elin is a manager at a gym;
- Joel is a doctor.

The room is £800 and bills are around £100-120/month.

Looking for someone who's bubbly, chatty, and good for a pint when the sun's out!
