Double room available in a 2 bed flat on Barry Road. Tenancy start/move in date either 22nd April or 22nd May. You'll be taking my room in this small but sweet flat, with my lovely flatmate who has lived here since 2020. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen and super friendly neighbours.
Very nice location/well connected... 5 min walk to Lordship Lane, 10 min walk to North Cross Road, so plenty of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and a Saturday market nearby! Several buses on your doorstep that go straight into central London. The Rye is at the bottom of the road, and Peckham Rye station is a 5-10 min bus away. Forest Hill and East Dulwich stations are well within reach too.
This is a long term lease. Rent is £675 per person, per month. 24 month contract with a 12 month break clause. Council tax band B.
