Bright room in East Dulwich house share

Hello!

We have a furnished, double room available in a whole house in Peckham Rye / East Dulwich becoming available 21st May.

You will be living with (ages 25-30):
- Maya (barista)
- Will (furniture maker)
- Tom (mens fashion)

The house consists of a bright eat-in kitchen, living room with TV (we have all the subscriptions you could dream of!), big garden with patio space, full bathroom with tub/shower and a half bathroom/powder room on the main level.

The bedroom itself is upstairs at the back of the house looking down into the garden. It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

The area is amazing -- 10 min walk from Lordship lane for great restaurants, cafes and pubs, 20 min walk to Rye lane, and tons of bus routes to get around.

Bills are not included and come to around 120 per month.

It’s a very relaxed household, everyone has their own schedule but we all like to hang out and watch TV/ order a takeaway together sometimes too. In general, it's expected that people clean up after themselves and we have a bi-weekly cleaning rota to ensure the place stays tidy.
