Hi all!
I’m so sad to be leaving my house in East Dulwich shared with 7 other amazing girls. We’re all very communal and often go out together for drinks or just days out or say in and have movie nights.

The room is a spacious and bright double room. It’s front facing so loads of natural light, comes with basic furniture but I can also leave some of my furniture too if you don’t have your own. The house is fully furnished also with a living room 2 kitchens, with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious garden so perfect in the summer for breakfast in the sun.

The house is 1 min walk away from the nearest bus stop and a 12 min walk to the nearest station. A short walk also from lordship lane which is full of cafes, pubs and supermarkets.

This rooms has been my own little art space and I’m sad to be leaving, it would suit a professional or student, both girls and boys welcome. LGBT+ friendly.

The room is £780 + bills (£50*) available from May 15th but can be sooner to sep 25th but could extend after if you wish. Please DM me if interested and a bit about yourself so we can set up viewings
