Join our flat!

Hi! We're Lucy and Daisy, two long-time friends and we're looking for a couple of nice people to join us in a flat in East Dulwich/Peckham. I (Daisy) have lived in the flat for 2 years and love it here and want to stay.

We're both 26 (she and she/they) and professionals working 9-5s in science publishing and architecture although Lucy will start studying alongside work soon. We love a good night out and to have friends visit here and there but on the whole like to have a fairly peaceful house so would appreciate people who are quite calm and considerate. We're pretty clean and tidy too. LGBTQ+ friendly!!

The flat is pretty spacious with a little closet in the hall for coats. The cheaper room is a little smaller but each room comes with a rail or built-in wardrobe, a set of drawers and a bed. The living room is lovely and homely with two excellent sofas that are great for crashing on. We've even got a bit of outdoor space with a fire escape staircase at the back which is gorge by itself but leads to the shared "garden" down the bottom. I'll admit it's not glamorous but there's potential! The other tenants in the building have been touching it up a bit too and our neighbours at the moment are very nice :)

Takes about 10-15 mins to get to Peckham Rye where there's the overground and regular trains that can take you to Kings Cross, London Bridge etc. We're right next to Peckham Rye Park and there are loads of shops and bars within walking distance.

Due to our notice period, we'll need to have 2 people referenced and signed by the end of June!
