We've been extremely lucky with rent that has hardly changed in three years. The bedrooms come unfurnished but the East Dulwich Forum is a really useful local website for cheap/free furniture. There's a separate kitchen, living room and shared bathroom with toilet, shower/bath.

I've lived here for nearly 5 years and am very sad to be moving out. The housemate you'll be living with is James. He's lovely, pretty laid back, enjoys company and having friends over. Traditionally we haven't socialised too much as a house, but we've enjoyed each other’s company when we're in at the same time. Looking for a like-minded professional who's clean and happy to live in a house where we enjoy spending the occasional evening together.

The house is 10 minute bus ride from Peckham Rye and a 15 minute walk to East Dulwich Train Station.

Our landlords are fantastic and are quick to fix any issues that require attention. We recently had a new oven, washing machine and shower/bath fitted.
