1 huge double room in an awesome house share
We are a fairly social house, definitely not one of those 'live in your rooms' types.
We all do our own thing and happily laze about our own rooms when too tired/lazy but do a lot of stuff together also i e. Pub, Brunch, wander around Dulwich park etc.
So we're looking for house mate aged 23 to 29 who doesn't mind the common areas being decorated by year round bunting, are laid back, social and that can think of creative dirty fridge magnet messages.
The house is big with a big garden (by London standards), full kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms which amazingly there is never a queue for and a large basement with washing machine and lots of room for storage. It is close to north and East Dulwich train stations and good bus routes. There are lots of boutique shops, pubs, brunch places and a huge park nearby. London Bridge is also a 10 minute train ride away so perfect for commuting.
Looking for someone who wants a home not just a room!!
Message me if you are interested and we'll set up a viewing.
