I am looking for someone to rent the second room in my cosy two-bed ex-council flat in East Dulwich just on Dog Kennel Hill. The room is bright with a double bed, a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets.

The flat is situated 4 mins walk to East Dulwich station (12 mins to London Bridge) and around 15 mins walk to either Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill stations (21 mins to Shoreditch High Street or (21 mins to St Pancras International). Also, 15mins to Denmark Hill station and 15mins walk to Kings. There is free parking and there are always parking spaces

The flat is furnished, clean and homely, Wi-Fi, a good TV and two comfy sofas. The kitchen is on the small side but it does the job very well. The cooker and washing machine are both in good working order and there is good cupboard space. The shower and loo are separate. The shower strength is ace.

About me:
I am 38, female and I am Head of Social and Digital at The University of East London. I am clean and tidy and would like to live with someone similar. I love my food and exercise and I tend to be out quite a bit during the week. I go away as much as I can back home to Dublin but also love my weekends pottering around the flat.

About you;
You'll be your own person, considerate of the space, fun and easy to get on with. You are clean and up for sharing the cleaning of the flat. I have had some bad experiences in the past so do forgive me for being careful on the cleaning side of things. I would like to live with someone of similar age and interests who is up for the odd drink down the pub and dinner in the flat.
