We need a lovely 4th housemate

Hello!

So myself and two other friends from uni need a lovely 4th housemate to complete us. Girls only please (sorry boys). We have a house in East Dulwich, 5 mins from the station we just need a lovely 4th girl to fill the last smallish double room.

As the room is a little smaller, the rent for this room will include broadband. This room will still fit a 3/4 bed. The deposit includes the first month's rent (January).

The house is currently undergoing complete refurbishment, which is great but means we don't currently have images of the furnished rooms! We would love to show you around, if interested :)

A bit about us. We are all marketing or PR people and are massive foodies! I have just got a job with Pizza Express, so yes that absolutely means free pizza! We're all either 23/24 and would be looking for someone at a similar age. We love a laugh, going out and always keen for after work activities. But equally we all work full time so we don't take the party home with us.
