You would have a 1st-floor double bedroom, with your own private bathroom on the 2nd floor. The bedroom is furnished (double bed, wardrobe, nightstands). The room is 3.6m x 3.4x (11'9" x 11'2"), or about 12 sq meters (131 sq feet).
