I am Federico, an university lecturer, working in architecture and design field.
I am looking for a new housemate to share a 3 bedroom house. It's a newly renovated semi-detached house in East Dulwich with private garden, off street parking and bike shed.

RENT

The rent is £760 per month with a deposit of £760.

The contract will be a 12 Month Contract with a 2 Month break-clause.
There will be only two person in total to share the property.

BILLS

Included in the rent is council tax and tv licence.

Other bills such as electricity, gas, water and internet which comes around £75 per month. (The amount may vary slightly from month to month).

THE PROPERTY

The room is a double which comes fully furnished, with new bed, new mattress, wardrobe and use of own bathroom with shower and bidet. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, nespresso are available.
The property has a private garden, a secured bike shed and gated private car park.

TRANSPORT

Short bus ride to East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Forest Hill train stations, bus routes available 176, 185, 40, 197, 63, 363, P13 and 12.
Within easy walking distance of the local Gym and Pool also the local High street with a wide variety of Bars, Restaurants and the East Dulwich Picture House.
