The room ideally, would suit a professional or a mature student/ overseas student - maybe some one looking for a Monday to Friday option - there is flexibility for the right person.

Bus stops are a few yards away at the end of the road. Frequent buses pass East Finchley Underground and go onwards through Highgate and Archway; the night bus (N20) from Trafalgar Square also passes by..
There is a well known Gym close by and the Phoenix cinema. My daughter tells me that it takes her 15 mins to walk to East Finchley tube station (takes me 20) which is Northern line, Zone three and has branches that split after Camden either through the city to London Bridge and beyond or Tottenham Court Road on to Charing Cross and Waterloo.

There is street parking with no restrictions and there are close connections to the N. circular and so to the Motorways. A good laundry/dry-cleaners and other very useful shops are in the parade a few yards away. The area is safe and quiet.

My son and myself are friendly, accommodating and respectful of privacy. You will have use of the kitchen and dining room. There is a washing machine which is on the first floor. A pretty garden with seating areas to catch the sun is waiting to be used.

Bills are included and we have a cleaner every two weeks who cleans the shared area's + the en-suite only in this room.
