I have a good-sized double bedroom to rent in a new-build flat in East Ham. There is a desk and chair too if you wish to WFH. There is also a large combined kitchen-living room area and balcony access.
The flat is a 7 min walk from East Ham station which is served by the District and H&C lines. There are also many buses close by which take you to Manor Park station (Elizabeth Line) in 9 stops.
The development itself is in a quiet area but it is also close to the high street with easy access to various shops and supermarkets. There is also a large park a 5 min walk away.
Rent is bills-inclusive. I also intend to have a cleaner over to clean the common areas every 2 - 3 weeks.
I work as a tax advisor and typically WFH 2 - 3 times a week. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, dancing and cooking the odd fancy meal.
The room will be ideal for a young professional or student who appreciates having a peaceful place to go home to. I'm not a cleanliness freak but would greatly appreciate having someone considerate and reasonably clean.
