The house is a three double bedroom house with upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet.

We provide once a week cleaning of bathroom, toilet, Kitchen and all common Areas. the cleaner does not have access to the bedrooms; all the bedrooms have a keys to lock.

There is a large kitchen with dining table with cooking facilities and politely request the not be taking into the bedrooms.

There is currently one lodger name Francisco( who came in January for 4 months but he is still here)with landlord.

We welcome professional only and the couples are not acceptable.

Contracts of 4 month with option to extend.

Facilities: the rent includes the entire offer limited by supplier- unlimited Wi-Fi Electricity, Gas, and water: if the limited is exceeded the cost will be shared by three occupants.
