We have a lovely room opening up in Putney, and we’re looking for someone great to join our flat, happy with one person or a couple. Available from the beginning of June, but happy to negotiate with the move-in date.

• £1250 a month (bills are approx £80-£100 extra a month including wifi).
• Own large room, built in wardrobe with double doors leading outside.
• You’ll have your own private bathroom.
• Shared kitchen and living area.
• There’s also a nice, large outdoor space.
• 8min walk to east Putney station, Sainsbury's, coop, local pubs, restaurants and bars.
• 10 min walk to Wandsworth park.
• 2 minute walk to the nearest bus station.
• 12min walk to Putney high street.
• Room comes unfurnished.

About us 💃🏼
• You'll be sharing with a couple, Australian girl (28) and English guy (26).
• We are both working full-time in sales and healthcare, both hybrid working.
• Love to have a good time, go to events and have a drink but equally like quiet nights in cooking dinner and sharing a bottle of red.

About you ☺️
• Ideally a working professional around the same age, someone who wont just be our housemate/s but who we can be good friends with!
• Clean, tidy and respectful.
