Double room with a wonderful view by Richmond Park

The room available is very bright with a lovely view of trees and lawns from the windows. There is a comfortable bed, side table, a desk and office chair and fitted wardrobes.
It's in a self-contained flat occupying the whole top floor of a very large, detached house - see picture (it is completely self-contained with its own front door on the first floor). It has a sunny living room with kitchen area and dining table and a balcony/roof terrace, plus bathroom with bath and shower and hall area. We have our own keys to the separate laundry room.
It is a quiet area and the property is gated.

We are a minute’s walk from glorious Richmond Park, a 10 min walk to East Sheen High Street, which has plenty of shops, pubs and amenities, and 18 mins walk to Mortlake station (24 min train to Waterloo).

I am a quiet but friendly flatmate, working from home some days a week. I like to make the most of the park to cycle, walk and meet up with friends. I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy and easygoing.
