Double room available in our lovely modern flat in the middle of the Olympic park (nestled between Hackney Wick and Stratford).

It’s a chilled flat vibe where you can be as independent/sociable as you like. Saying that, we want someone looking for a home and not just a room. The aim is for our wonderful space to feel safe, sociable and comfortable for everyone :) We regularly have dinners and movie nights (and it would be fab for you to join the fam). We’re looking for a female between the ages of 30-38 and would also prefer them to not work from home full-time.

ROOM DETAILS:
Spacious double fully furnished with Double bed, triple wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and plenty of space for a desk and chair etc. There is also underfloor heating which you can adjust to your liking and two huge floor to ceiling windows which fill the room with sunshine 🌞. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with one other person (who is v clean).

REST OF THE FLAT:
Open plan space with living room, dining area, kitchen, massive winter garden/balcony (amazing to hang out all year round) and access to a wonderful private garden/courtyard.

The flat is spacious and comes with all the amenities you would need (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, underfloor heating, blackout curtains, bike storage, etc.)
We’ve kept the flat in great condition by always keeping it nice and clean, so would expect the same upkeep from whoever moves in 🧼 we are environmentally conscious and do our best to recycle etc. There’s also 24/7 security and an amazing maintenance team who attend to any issues immediately 🔩

LOCATION:
On your doorstep, you can find cafes, bars, restaurants, several gyms, tennis courts and you’re surrounded by 500+ acres of parkland, including secret gardens and amazing run routes. 🍃
