Two double rooms available in a 3 bed apartment in Istra House, East Village. Lease until September 11th but my housemate would like to renew so looking for people who would like something longer term too!
10/15 minute walk to Stratford station and the same for Hackney Wick (a really cool area for the summer ☀️). One room is available from now, the other from 25th May. I am only leaving as I’m moving in with my partner, and my housemate is leaving due to a family emergency. The bedrooms share a bathroom. Price of the rooms are £943 and £972 + bills (which tend to be between £115-£130 per month).
The housemate looking to renew is Anna (29), a PA. Looking for people who are social and keen to create a relaxed homely environment, but also has their own life ☺️
Ideally females of a similar age (26-35), sociable, clean/tidy and is either hybrid or full-time in office.
The apartment is managed by Get Living and there is a minimum income threshold of around £35,000, and no deposit 🙌🏼
