Open plan living room and kitchen with massive windows and huge terrace with outdoor eating/working + chill out area. Dishwasher, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, 24/7 security, underground secure bike storage, car/motorcycle garage.

Flatmates are very cool and chill Italian and Spanish friends (25 & 27). Very chill guys, down for drinks every now and then, board games + G&T, or trips to the river marshes for a swim! Also respectful of personal time

Loads of parks and canals literally around the corner, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and a pubs literally downstairs!!! Super chill, family-vibe area with food markets every other weekend durning summer! 15min walk to a swimmable part of the River Lea, surrounded by trees right in the heart of London!
