Hello! I'm looking for someone to replace me in my shared flat as I will be moving in with my girlfriend.
About the current flat mate:

Magnus (26) is a Norwegian professional (consulting) currently working from home. Interests include music, film (a particular lockdown passion), sports (covering a wide range but particularly NFL and football), and running. I'm looking for a flatmate that is respectful of others' private life, while also being up for making dinner or having a drink together now and again. I'm easy-going with 7 years' experience of sharing flats with people with different backgrounds, occupations and interests.
The flat has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spaceous kitchen/living area and a sizeable balcony. The flat is modern, spacious, comfortable and only 5 min walk away from Elephant and Castle station. The location has convenient access to the City of London and West End, both 15 minutes away. A selection of supermarkets, including an oriental one, are located less than 5 minutes away.

The bedroom is spacious and accommodates my large desk. All furniture except for the desk, desk chair and white bedside table are included.
The flat has a washer dryer and dishwasher. The building also has a 24h concierge service included.
