Very Central Location - Zone 1 Flat

Hello! I am a 3rd year Anthropology student at SOAS and have a 3 bed flat in SE1 Elephant & Castle. The location is very central literally opposite to UAL and close to South Bank, King's, LSE and other Central London Universities. E&C Tube Station is just a 3 min walk from the flat. Google maps postcode is SE1 6ẞX.

I am looking for a professional or student preferably another 3rd year or post graduate to share the Flat with me and another girl who will be doing her Masters placement at a hospital. The available bedroom is a large Double room with a double bed, with a small study desk and a large wardrobe. Pls note bills are not included in the rent and also there is NO shared living room. The room will be available from 6th July. Happy to do an online chat & viewing and will consider overseas students that don't have a UK guarantor.

The flat belongs to my parents so in a way you will be sharing the place with a live in landlord, which is me, but you can be sure the place will be looked after and everything will work as it should😏.
