Hi there, we've got a room going in Elephant and Castle and are on the search for a housemate to join us from the beginning of June onwards.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, is located in a charming Victorian mansion block that's just a 15-minute walk from Elephant and Castle station. You'll have access to a light lounge, spacious kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with separate toilet and secure outdoor storage. Plus, there’s plenty of shops and great coffee places nearby, as well as bus stops and hire bikes/scooters to get into the city.

About us:
We're a Welsh/Danish couple who are both full-time working professionals with a cat called Edgar. I split my time between working in a tech role, playing video games and occasionally getting the odd acting gig now and then. My partner, Marie, works as a welcome host, is an avid lover of true crime, books, and board games. She's also involved in acting as well.

Who were looking for:
Professionals, working full-time, passionate about their creative pursuits, and with experience sharing a home in London. It's important that they pay their bills on time, willing to communicate, do their bit to keep shared spaces tidy and enjoy occasional get-togethers involving dinners or games nights. We're not into wild parties, but we like to know who we’re living with and enjoy socialising over food and drinks.

Bills and services:
Council tax falls in the Band C bracket, no water meter and we have super fast gigabit broadband. You'll be required to pay a deposit of £865, with bills averaging about £80-90 per month. All in, you can expect to pay £830-840 each month.
